Orlof was arrested after he was found sleeping or passed out in the alley behind Ugly Grace's Bar. He claimed he was under the care of Dr. Doo Doo. No further details could be given because of an on-going investigation.

Orlof is either starting to look like Keith Richards or an echag (which is the Word Verification) these days.
His fingers are reptilian in length.
I'll have to load him in the Matrix and check the settings. But I think it, most likely, is that by default the camera lens is set at 65mm which is sort of telephoto: 50mm is pretty much normal while above that is tele and below that is wide angle. With his hand near the camera, it creates a slight distortion. Distances, angles, lens setting, lighting all go into the soup.
