That's a doll from the "Planet of the Apes" collection. I don't know if the movies had anything to do with race or just sci-fi fantasy.
Is he the missing link?
Maybe I just can't see it well enough.
I thought the original PLANET OF THE APES movie was interesting in that it obviously relied on a widespread acceptance of evolution that has since eroded.
